Providing the best care necessitates keeping abreast of new developments and techniques in all aspects of veterinary medicine.

Training and ongoing development of all personnel, from the Principal Veterinary Surgeon to our Nurses and Support Staff, is of paramount importance to the Surgery.

Our Vets:

Mr. David Tweedle BVetMed MRCVS

Dave qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in London. He has previously managed a small animal practice in Cheshire and worked for an emergency veterinary service in Liverpool. Dave consults every afternoon/evening at Paulton and on Monday and Thursday mornings. Dave has a keen interest in veterinary opthalmology. He lives near Frome with his wife and ginger cat, Baker.

Mrs. Amelia Welham BSc (Hons) BVSc MRCVS

Amelia qualified from Pretoria University in South Africa. She has previously worked in Johannesburg and London before moving to Somerset. Amelia enjoys canine and feline internal medicine. She consults in the Bath Surgery every afternoon and on Wednesday and Friday morning at Paulton. Amelia lives near bath with her husband and her cat, Thor.
